Our 7-day private birding safari is an incredible adventure for bird enthusiasts who want to explore some of the most stunning national parks in Tanzania. The safari includes visits to Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara National Park, all of which are home to an abundance of bird species. Day 1: TRANSFER TO ARUSHA

Arrive Arusha Kilimanjaro International Tanzania, meet and transfer to Tarangire NP

Activity: Transit with some local Birding subject to time available.

Day 2: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Day Birding and Big game viewing in Tarangire NP.

Activity: Big game viewing, Photography and slow pace birding

Day 3: TARANGIRE -NGORONGORO CRATER

Morning Check out Tarangire Baobab Woods to the Ngorongoro Highlands, arrive in time for lunch at the Gibbs Farm. Bird walk to the high elevation of the Ngorongoro Highlands above the Gibbs Farm.

Activity: Birding and Forest Bird Walks.

DAY 4: NGORONGORO CRATER

Day Excursion to the Floor of the Ngorongoro Crater. Day Birding and Big game viewing the rest of the day. After the excitement on the Ngorongoro Crater, ascend the crater walls bac to the Karatu Village at the Tloma Lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

Activity: Birding, Big game viewing, Photography and slow pace birding

DAY 5: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

This morning, we will make own Picnic Lunches from our overnight Lodge, drive out and descend the Rift valley into Lake Manyara NP. Rest of the day Birding and Big game viewing. Late Afternoon we will drive to Arusha for overnight.

DAY 6 : OPTION DAY

Optional Visit Arusha NP or visiting the less famous Lark Plains for the Endemic Larks North of Arusha.

DAY 7 : END OF TOUR

Day subject to flight departure schedules out of Arusha Kilimanjaro Intl Airport for on-word connections.
